Specific herbal oils containing nervine herbs are warmed and poured into a copper pot then streamed over the third eye and forehead in a rhythmic motion to enhance emotional balance and well-being taking you on a deeply relaxing journey within.

This healing treatment begins with a marma point foot, hand and arm massage then flows into the Shirodhara treatment finishing with a grounding marma point head and shoulder massage.
