This rejuvenating journey starts with the Tridoshic traditional Ayurvedic massage.

Using warm herbal oils to bring your mind and body back to its natural balance, this massage nourishes the tissues and stimulates internal organs whilst eliminating impurities from the body.

After this deeply relaxing massage, it is followed by the balancing OmSai facial to revitalise and replenish the skin. Traditional Ayurvedic herbs and flowers are used in this facial, leaving you feeling completely rebalanced and renewed.

With a natural wholistic approach, Ayurda is an Ayurvedic skincare range that delivers true nutrition to the skin. Developed with the simple principle that “nothing should be applied to the skin if it cannot be taken internally” all Ayurda’s products are formulated with natural and organic/wild crafted ingredients.
 
Each blend is hand-crafted in small batches to maintain optimum freshness. All essential oils are impeccably chosen to ensure the highest quality possible with no artificial colours, phthalates, parabens or synthetic fillers (like fragrance) is used.
